DAY 3: MEIJI SHRINE, TAKESHITA STREET, HARAJUKU, SHIBUYA & ICHIRAN RAMEN

Left around 9am to have breakfast around the area. "SUKIYA" was where we had our hearty breakfast

I can't really remember how much but usually this type of meal, don and soup usually is about SGD$4. It is not some fancy place somewhat like the Yoshinoya setting (fast food). Difference is that they take our order and after we finish eating we make payment at the cashier which is usually located near the entrance/exit. Still super affordable and because it's JAPAN like hellloooo this is easily Singapore's Sushi Tei standard.
We also grab dessert at Choco Cro which was just located a traffic light away from our train station. Ok ok only, maybe too full also. Heh

Made our way to Meiji Jingu Mae Station C03 (green coloured line) F15 (brown coloured line). Some help of google map we arrived!

Just like the shrine emoji we have to take picture with it! This is the start to the walkway to Meiji Shrine

And we arrive! It is about 15 mins walk in but yeah we took so many pictures on the way in probably took us 45 mins. Hahahaha

Oh and there was a wedding (some sort not too sure) ceremony. Super grand, feels like a rich ceremony. Everyone was so well dress and man the bride was really pretty and sophisticated! Family members was following behind

And we are out from the way we came in. Takeshita Street was really really close by. About 2 street away from the Meiji Shrine entrance. We walk back to where we came in from and head to the biggest Diaso. SHOPPPPPINGG

Diaso time! We bought quite an amount so we decided to head back to our apartment to put down the loots. Not even kidding looking at the photos time stamp we spend about 1 and half hour just shopping Diaso. Before heading back some crepes and a little more shopping!

By the time we left it was around 4pm. Headed back to the apartment and back to Shibuya Z01 F16 G01.

Two main objective. The famous Shibuya Crossing and ICHIRAN RAMENNNN!

We had some light dinner because when we were walking around the basement level of the shopping mall, which I need to admit I totally forget which mall, the colors of the foods was so glossy and vibrant. Food that makes you go "See those strawberries, confirm sweet and juicy" in its packaging.

The crossing from afar

Awesome! I got it. Its "Shibuya Hikarie" which is a big departmental store in that area.
The Shibuya crossing can be seen from the same mall at the top level through the office lift. Though it is quite a distance away as seen from the photos but it sort of give the feel. Not a lot of people know about this viewing gallery so we took our time and hog the space taking tons of photos instead of spending a little more just to get a drink from Starbuck that is located right at the junction. This is freeeee!

We headed off the Ichiran Ramen and of course, crossing the Shibuya Crossing! Our journey there

And we found it~ It was around 7:30 pm and there was a slight queue. About 20 mins of waiting

We sat separately. Order from the vending machine first before going in. Basically just add noodles/nori sheets/spring onion/char siew/dessert or not. And then there was clipboard with questions like chilli oil, garlic etc which honestly I am killing my brain cells trying to recall. LOL!
Really small and cosy place. It is sort of like a squarish floor plan, left and right two rows for people to sit in their "cubicle" and then middle is where the server and kitchen staff are. Really small which maybe thats why it explains the queue. I was sitting down and when I stretch my hand to the back I was able to touch the wall. Thats the Japan culture, quality above quanitiy. Hahahah
Green Tea lover, must, MUST order the Green Tea Tofu. My gosh I am salivating as I am writing this. Soft pudding like texture almost like panna cotta with strong matcha flavor yet it isn't too overpowering or sweet. Just melts in your mouth

Crossed the road one last time before heading back to our apartment. It was about 10pm already.

Day 4 we will be heading to the mountains~

Oh ya before this post end, while walking on the streets of Shibuya I have found the largest banana I have ever seen in my life. No kidding, you can be the judge. I couldn't even warp my fingers around it

Heh
