Day 4 Yilan - National Center for Traditional Arts, Shanzhai Monster Village & Jimi Square

Day with driver

Local breakfast before a 2 hours ride. At least it is not raining

Probably the longest watermelon I have ever seen til date

Arrived at the National Museum around 12pm

Quite hilarious because we were trying so hard to block out photobombers that we can't help but crack up

Blocking off photobombers is getting harder hahahaha

More photos to compensate the days that were just impossible to stay in the outdoor without getting drenched

About half an hour drive we arrived at Monster Village and beside it is R.Den Dessert Shop

Spent about 40 min and we made a pit stop to eat bento boxes. Just 4-5 chairs at the counter with a little edge for a quick meal.

We then headed to 几米拍照公园 - Jimi Square which is a theme park of characters illustrated by Taiwanese illustrator Jimmy Liao.

We then headed to our hostel that has hot spring water that comes out from the tap into the tub. Honestly the room design just not my taste, but well it is a cosy place which we are going to stay for a night only.

We went up to this coffee house that is situated at a higher ground.

We had steamboat dinner and I really like the concept of having individual pots.
Afterwards we just hang around the places near the hostel. They even have this area where the public can just dip their legs in to enjoy the hot spring water.

Ended the night by going up to the roof of our hostel to enjoy the night breeze.
